Sorry man, can't help you much here, it's out of my area of expertise. Use a wasteland for the place. i don't know any of these characters with the exception of sonic so can't tell you which one should win (how 'bout this: no one wins, they all cross the finish line at the same time).

I think you could place from sonic the final boss song in the game where apears shadow and then dies in space,from naruto maybe saske theme, and from ben , why dont you try Kevin 11 song theme
bitey is really hard to find you have 3 choices, the 1 is you can send a pm to chluaid and tell him (the hard one but with cool ending), the 2 is to use the ones from the audio portal, but there are few songs of bitey and some sucks (the easy one but with crappy ending) or the 3 find forest and flutes ambient songs (the equal one with a equal ending)

i reccoment you, that dont use complicated arenas for you to be easy use stages of nes or snes like mario world 3 or metroid, because all those from game cube and wii are hard to found by its backgrounds that is in 3D and then in your other post you are telling that was hard for you to make a background and you have to edit it completely, better use ones from nes or snes because all those are more easier to found and you dont need to modify them.

so people in Newgrounds could know about him earlier than you expect. you can also add captain falcon, he maybe fast in his machine but also without him, also add Fox mc cloud , Falco whatever (dont remember his other name) and wolf´o donnel they are really fast. also as a tip add the smash ball but in here to use them in the race like super speed, clock´o stop etc. and any character has his special item or like nitro to use it in the race.
